Refund policy

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind, Mr Ralph will offer a full refund or credit note within 30 days of purchase.

Please retain your receipt. Where your item is faulty we will endeavour to replace your item as quickly as possible for no extra charge, assuming the replacement is in stock otherwise a credit note or refund will be offered. Your item may be damaged during transit, please take a photo of the damage and the courier ticket number and notify us immediately. We can start procedures with the freight company and will endeavour to replace your item quickly, assuming the replacement is in stock otherwise a credit note or refund will be offered.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase for New Zealand sales and for Australian sales contact must be made to us within 30 days and items returned quickly to New Zealand at the purchasers expense.
  • Items must be in their original state, with the original packaging and not damaged in any way.
  • Shipping back to Mr Ralph is to be arranged and paid for by the purchaser.
  • Sale items are non-refundable, and not exchangeable or eligible for a credit note.
  • Items that are custom ordered or made for you (e.g. Maker iO shades) cannot be returned or exchanged.
